Transfers and retention

International transfers

Some of our service providers are outside the EEA. Where that's the case, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, so your data keeps the same protection wherever it sits.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of closure. Diagnostic data is retained for up to 12 months. Purchase records are held for 7 years where tax law requires it.
